Dynamic range
Dynamic range refers to the range of light and dark tones in an image. It is a measure of the ability of a camera sensor or film to capture detail in both the bright and dark areas of a scene. A camera with a wide dynamic range can capture details in both the highlights and shadows, resulting in a more balanced and realistic image.
