Intervalometer

An intervalometer is a device or feature on a camera that allows photographers to take pictures at regular intervals, usually for time-lapse photography or astrophotography. It can be a built-in feature on some cameras or an external accessory that connects to the camera. The intervalometer can be programmed to take a series of photos at a specified time interval and can control the duration, number of shots, and interval between each shot.
