Photography Glossary

Welcome to the Photography Glossary, brought to by JRMGallery Workshops

Vignetting refers to a reduction in brightness or saturation towards the edges of an image. This can occur naturally due to the optics of a lens or intentionally to draw attention to the subject in the center of the frame. Understanding vignetting and how to control it is essential in producing high-quality images.
